If you want a red dot sight cut on your IWB 3 Holster, it is only available with a cant of 0, 10, 15 degrees or the normal hole pattern adjustable cant (any other degree of cant will result in too high of a ride height).

The IWB 3 Light-Bearing Holster is designed exactly like our IWB 3 holster but incorporates the ability to carry a weapon-mounted light.
